So how to prevent the hydraulic system of the water well drilling rig from being polluted? The following points should be paid attention to to avoid the hydraulic system of the water well drilling rig from being polluted:

  (1) Try to choose hydraulic accessories and hydraulic components with low pollution sensitivity.

  (2) Correctly select and reasonably arrange the oil filter device of the system to ensure that the filtration efficiency, filtration accuracy, and pollution holding capacity of the system meet the design requirements, and ensure that the system has sufficient pollution steady-state period and pollution self-purification ability.

  (3) In the design of the system structure, pollution sources must be minimized and eliminated (that is, to reduce the value of the pollution generation rate), so that there is less intrusion pollution when the system is working. If an isolated fuel tank or closed system design is adopted, the oil discharge and exhaust devices should have reliable anti-pollution measures to avoid pipeline dead ends and blind ends.

  (4) The internal structure of hydraulic components and hydraulic accessories should facilitate the removal of pollutants, so that pollutants are not easy to stay and silt. To minimize blind holes and dead oil areas at the blind end, the internal structure of cast, forged, and welded parts should facilitate the removal of molding sand, welding slag and oxide scale.

  (5) Choose working fluids and materials with high abrasion resistance. Hydraulic oil for water well drilling rigs must have a suitable viscosity and a suitable level of solid particle pollution. In addition, the anti-oxidation, anti-emulsification and anti-wear additives of the hydraulic oil should also be considered. At the same time, it is necessary to consider the compatibility of the hydraulic working medium with the component metal material and its sealing material.

  (6) The influence of main system parameters such as oil pressure, temperature and flow rate on pollution control should be considered, and components and accessories should not be arranged in high temperature areas as much as possible.
