The construction site of the hydraulic core drilling rig must be kept clean, and the hole position and surrounding stones and other obstacles should be clear as required. The motors and control machines of our hydraulic core drilling rigs should have good grounding devices. The working site is within 200 meters from the power transformer or the main power supply line, and the voltage during start-up shall not exceed 10% of the rated voltage. Before installing the hydraulic core drilling rig, check and confirm that the drill pipe and various components are in good condition. The hydraulic core drilling rig should be placed stably and firmly. Before starting the rig, make sure that all operating rods are in neutral. After starting, do not worry about construction, run idling first, and check whether the instrument and temperature are normal. During construction, the drill rod should be lowered slowly so that the drill bit is aligned with the hole position. When drilling a stuck drill, immediately cut off the power supply, stop drilling, and do not start the drill until the cause is found. If it is necessary to change the rotation direction of the drill rod during operation, the drill rod should be completely stopped before drilling. When the power is cut off, the controllers should be placed at the zero position, the power supply should be cut off, and all the drill rods should be pulled out in time to make the drill bit touch the ground. When the drilling rig is running, the cable should be wrapped around the drill pipe. It is strictly forbidden to clear the soil on the spiral piece by hand when drilling. After the operation, the drill pipe and the drill bit should be lifted out of the hole, and the soil on the drill pipe and the spiral blade should be removed first. When the drill bit is pressed to touch the ground, all parts are braked, and the joystick is placed in the neutral position to cut off the power. When the damage of the drill reaches 20mm, replace it in time.
