The maintenance method of the main body of the backpack drill is as follows:

1. Regularly check whether the air filter element of the host is clean, dust should be cleaned, the filter paper should be replaced if it is too dirty, work continuously for 1 week or work for 100 hours to clean the air filter element.

2. Regularly check whether the spark plug has carbon deposits, whether the spark plug gap (6mm) meets the requirements, too much carbon deposits need to be wiped clean, and the spark plug should be replaced in time. Work continuously for 1 week or 100 hours, and check the spark plugs for ignition.

3. For 1 week of continuous work, you need to use a grease gun to fill the gearbox with wear-resistant and high-temperature grease, which is also called super grease. If the gearbox heats up and the residual oil leaks from the gearbox, replace the grease in time.

4. If there is water leakage at the water supply copper hoop, use the circlip pliers to remove the circlip in time, and then apply lubricating oil on the 6 sealing water rings. After working continuously for 1 week, check whether the sealing water ring is lack of oil and wear. If the wear is serious, replace it with a new one.

5. If the machine is left unused for a long time (about one month), drain the oil in the machine and empty the residual oil pump in the cylinder.
